TFP CONTRACT

Before the Time for Pictures photo shoot, I sign this agreement. The session can take place when each party meets the terms of the agreement.

§1 This agreement concerns the photographic works in the form of pictures to be taken by the
Photographer during photographic sessions.

§2
1.Model* is obliged to pose for the photographs free of charge and to cover the costs of travel to the
place of the session, insurance, cosmetics, make-up, hairstyle and clothing on her own.
3rd Model* declares that he/she is an adult and that he/she has all the rights to make the declaration
described in §2 point 2 of this agreement.
Model also agrees to combine the photographs with other photographs, texts and illustrations and
acknowledges and accepts the provision that each photograph may be freely manipulated and
modified by the Photographer.

§3
1. The Photographer is obliged to take a series of photographs and to cover the costs of
consumables, studio rental with equipment, or costs connected with the use of the session location.
2. the minimum number of photographs taken by the Photographer and submitted to the Model* in
electronic form in JPG format _________________________
3. the Photographer is obliged to provide the photos to the Model* in the form of: 1 email shipment
to webmail address* of photographs selected by the Photographer in the quantity and format
specified in §3 pt. 2.

§4
1. The date, place, type of photos to be taken and presence of third parties during photo sessions
will be established before the session starts.

§5
1. The Model has the right to use images from sessions covered by this agreement solely for the
purpose of presenting her/his image, in particular on presentation websites. This point of the
agreement does not apply to publications in printed or online media where the access to the model's
image or model database involves a fee on the part of the viewer (e.g. through the purchase of a
catalogue, payment by SMS, or any other type of payment), as well as sites where the image may be
purchased by the viewer.
2. The model and photographer are not allowed to use (sell) the images obtained under this
agreement for profit.
3. When using photographs, the model is obliged to use only photographs signed by the
Photographer with a watermark, which unambiguously indicates the author of the photograph.

§6
1. The Photographer has the right, free of charge, to use all photographs taken and to disseminate
the image of the Model* for the purpose of presenting his/her work, in particular on websites, in
brochures and prospectuses, publications concerning his/her own work, group publications,
vernissages and group exhibitions, competitions as well as for promotional and advertising purposes
concerning the Photographer at any time and place all over the world.
The Photographer has the right to transfer the photos, free of charge, to third parties cooperating
with the Photographer during the sessions, who will use the photos provided by the Photographer
exclusively for the presentation of his/her work on websites, such as: a hairdresser, make-up artist,
stylist, etc. taking care of the good name of the Model*.

§7
1. Photographer reserves the exclusive right to make any alterations and modifications changing the
original form of the photos. 2.Any interference with the structure and content of the photograph, including electronic
processing, cropping, change of colours, use of filters, and in particular removal of the
Photographer's watermark by Model/Model* or third parties is strictly forbidden. 3.
3. Change of the size of the photograph preserving the original proportions and compression level
by the Model/Model* or third parties is allowed.

§8
1. All copyrights to the photographic work described in §1 are acquired by the Photographer. 2.
Model* acknowledges and accepts that he/she is not the owner of the copyright to the photographs
taken.

§9
1. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time without the possibility of unilateral
termination and applies to all sessions with the Photographer and Model*. 2.
2. termination of the agreement is effected by mutual agreement of the parties on the basis of a
written annex to the agreement as specified in §10.

§10
1.Any changes to the provisions of this agreement require a written annex and the consent of both
parties. 2.
2 Matters not governed by this Agreement and concerning its subject matter shall be governed by
the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 and the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and
related rights.

§11
1.The Agreement has been drawn up in two identical copies, one for each party.
I have read all the provisions of the agreement and agree to its terms.
